By using this site, you agree to its rules and regulations (Terms of Service) in their latest version.

- Daadkhast serves as a platform for its users. This platform does not reflect the views of Zamaneh, its management, its staff, or any specific individual among them.
- Using Daadkhast is subject to the Zamaneh Foundation’s regulations and the Netherlands’ laws. If you wish to publish something on Daadkhast, you must comply with these regulations and rules.
- The rights to works published on Daadkhast are governed by the Creative Commons-Attribution Non-Commercial Share Alike License – CC BY-NC-SA. This means that these works can be reproduced, provided that this is not done for commercial purposes. Daadkhast must be cited as the source.
- No fees are paid for works or content published on Daadkhast.
- Daadkhast reserves the right to publish submitted content in any format, style, or manner it deems appropriate.
- Daadkhast’s management may choose to republish content in a different format or remove it entirely at any time.
- Daadkhast is not obligated to publish every submission it receives. Daadkhast is also not required to edit the content it receives. The default practice on Daadkhast is to publish content as it was received. The method of publication and presentation of content is subject to the site’s requirements.
- Content submitted for publication on Daadkhast must either be the submitter’s original work or the original creator’s explicit permission for it to be freely published on other platforms. If this rule is violated, the responsibility lies with the person who submitted the content for publication on Daadkhast.
- Daadkhast does not guarantee that every published piece will be factually accurate, comprehensive, or clear in language and expression.
- Anyone submitting content for publication on Daadkhast guarantees that the content does not insult anyone, violate anyone’s legal rights, or invade anyone’s privacy. The applicable law in this regard is that of the Netherlands.
- Daadkhast will not publish content that appears to arbitrarily depict any individual or group as victims or oppressors, or that, based on personal or group biases, categorizes or accuses them of possessing entirely negative traits.
- Daadkhast is a platform for citizens. It does not provide publishing opportunities to political parties or governments.
- Comments under posts on Daadkhast are open to the public. However, Daadkhast reserves the right to prevent the publication of, or remove, any comment, particularly if it deems the comment irrelevant, offensive, or containing unfair criticism or violates the general regulations of Zamaneh.
