We are raising a serious concern regarding the wellbeing of Farshad Dastmardi, a detainee associated with the "Women, Life, Freedom" protests in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Farshad was initially apprehended in September 2022 in Dehdasht, Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad province. He faced intense interrogation and alleged torture. Reports indicate that he was administered unknown substances by his interrogators, purportedly affecting his memory and mental state, leading to a prolonged period of amnesia. After 130 days in custody, Farshad was temporarily released on bail, amounting to one billion and five hundred thousand tomans.
August 2023 saw Farshad's re-arrest by IRGC intelligence officers on new accusations of anti-regime activities. He was then moved to the Yassuj City Intelligence Department's detention center. Farshad's whereabouts and condition remained undisclosed to his family for an extended period. It was only on January 8, 2024, that the family received information from intelligence officers stating that Farshad was being detained at the IRGC center in Kohgiluyeh. Throughout his detention, Farshad has been denied legal representation, and his family has been mainly kept in the dark regarding his circumstances.
The family of Farshad Dastmardi, along with concerned individuals and human rights advocates, are deeply troubled by his current state and the lack of transparency surrounding his detention. We urgently call for the provision of a defense lawyer for Farshad and demand clear and immediate information regarding his situation and wellbeing.

هجوم به خانه فرشاد دستمزدی و بازداشت با خشونت
ماموران امنیتی، روز ۳۰ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۳ همزمان با اعلام خبر مرگ ابراهیم رییسی و هیئت همراهش، ضمن هجوم به خانه فرشاد دستمزدی، اقای دستمردی را با خشونت بازداشت کرده و پس از ۲۴ ساعت مقابل بیمارستان خمینی دهدشت او را رها کردند. در جریان این یورش، خواهر آقای دستمردی هم مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت. ماموران کلیه لوازم الکترونیکی و دستگاه‌های هوشمند آقای دستمردی و خواهرش را ضبط کردند. تصاویر ارسال شده نشان می‌دهد آقای دستمردی در همین یک روز ربوده شدن مورد شکنجه و ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته است.

گزارش ایران وایر: فرشاد دستمردی؛ شکنجه با تیرباران نمایشی، تونل چوب و انتشار خبر مرگ
این گزارش، روایت شکنجه‌های «فرشاد دستمردی» است که به‌تازگی با تهدیدهای جدیدی مواجه شده است.
از سقف آویزان‌اش کردند تا به قتل چهار نفر کشته شده در اعتراضات اعتراف کند. چندین تیرباران نمایشی برای او ترتیب دادند، مثل تونل در دو طرف با چوب ایستاده و او را با چوب تا زمان بیهوشی زدند و با ریختن آب یخ دوباره به هوش آوردند. خانواده او می‌گویند فردی به نام قاضی «رئیسی» به او گفته که رسانه‌های فارسی‌زبان خبر مرگ تو را منتشر کرده‌اند تو الان مرده‌ای. -
بازجوها با شکنجه و خوراندن دارو اعتراف اجباری گرفتند
فرشاد دستمردی از روند بازجویی خود چیز روشن زیادی به جز تهدید به اعدام و هشت روز فشار شدید برای اعتراف اجباری به یاد ندارد. نازیلا معروفیان در گفت‌و‌گو با یک منبع آگاه، پرونده این بازداشتی قیام ژینا در دهدشت را بررسی کرده است.

محکومیت فرشاد دستمردی به حبس تعزیری
فرشاد دستمردی، با انتشار ویدئویی در صفحه شخصی خود تشریح کرد:”روز یکشنبه ۱ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، در پی اطلاع رسانی نهادهای مدافع حقوق بشر، با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان آزاد شدم و حکمی به دست من رسیده که از بابت اتهامات (تبلیغ علیه نظام)، (اقدام علیه امنیت ملی) و (تشویش اذهان عمومی) در مجموع به ۳ سال و ۷ماه و ۱۶ روز حبس تعزیری محکوم شدم.”

آزادی موقت فرشاد دستمردی، از زندان یاسوج
روز سه‌شنبه سوم بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، فرشاد دستمردی، شهروند ساکن دهدشت و یکی از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، با تودیع وثیقه یک میلیارد و پانصد میلیون تومانی از زندان یاسوج آزاد شد.
